The monsoon this week didn’t carry the house away, though it still initiated a flooding of the garage that persists for some days afterwards. It’s coming in from under a poured-concrete-and-block stem wall built to support the original foundation for when the garage was excavated. Clearly it was not drained internally as there is enough sub-surface water pressure and volume that builds up to a more-than-trickle for several days after the rains. argh
The bad news is a rotator cuff with what my Doc characterizes as having “more holes than Albert Hall” this morning. Orthopedia, here we go … although I rather go for PT and non-surgical intervention. Shiite!
