Rec’d the AVCO paper on BM Disc, Res Note 193, March 1960. They describe an attractive idea, but its feasibility must be tested.

Nelson Brigham’s paper 22L7088 was delivered. It is well done.

Clear, Hot, Sticky

Went over to Lexington at noon to get my glasses repaired; a nose pad came off yesterday. Found Dr. Foley at 5 Harrington Street. Also stopped in the Theater Camera Shop, looking at the Contarex; it is a fine instrument, although a bit heavy.

Mrs. Rhodes, Dorothy & David stayed with us, prior to their leaving for DC on PCS; he left, with Bobby, early in the evening after Allied took their furniture. They all had dinner with us.
