Left about 0830 for Philadelphia, got on the Turnpike about 1000. Arrived at Franklin Motor Inn about 630 PM.
Showers in N.Y.

Drove down to Philadelphia, arriving about 630 PM. Did a little sight-seeing after dinner. Phoned Winifred to see if I could stop with them tomorrow nite.
