material limitations aside, neoscenes works in a variety of sonic and moving visual mediums since first picking up a Bolex 16mm camera in the 70's. after some inspiring studies with experimental film-maker, Stan Brakhage, and video artist Janice Tanaka, whenever moving image equipment is available, neoscenes makes good use of it. the latest work takes the form of more complex live and live-streamed improv re-mixes from the sizeable neoscenes archive of audio and video material. samples of those streams are found under the specific project pages which are still under construction...
selected audio works:
one component of the massive neoscenes travelog/blog is a collection of ambient remixes of the various sonic stimulations based on local listening positions that are ever-changing in movement.

neoscenes is a major sonic contributor to the long-running and elegant SoundTransit project officially is unveiled during the Garage Festival which is taking place from 22 July - 20 of August 2005 in Stralsund, Germany

18 June 2006 neoscenes is back with furthernoise for the Month of Sundays series of live visual-sonic performances using VisitorStudio, a real-time visual-sonic collaboration tool. the performance will be simultaneously screened at The Point in the Bronx, US and the Watershed in Bristol, UK. recently finished, a new DVD, indeterminacy, is ready to head out the door. four new video works, island, skipper, crossing the yampa, and indeterminacy:fragments explore aspects of liquid skies, the poetics of Smetana, and other visceral eye-raking.
neoscenes dreaming culminated a couple years of live streaming performance with VDMX vj software along with high-bandwidth Real streaming capabilities that I had at my apartment in Boulder, Colorado.
